NAT is a technique that connects the synapses of the brain and upper spinal cord, thus creating an environment that facilitates optimal health and healing.  NAT affects the Vagus nerve at the base of the brain, which impacts all digestive organs, lungs, heart, eyes, ears, nose and the endocrine system.  It stimulates circulation of the cerebral-spinal fluid and lymphatic system.

This powerful new technique using therapeutic-grade essential oils was created by D. Gary Young.

NAT Technique

Five Essential Oils Valor, Stress Away, RutaVaLa and Deep Relief (Roll-ons) and Frankincense are applied with a specific protocol on the area of the LC (Locus Ceruleus- a nucleus in the brain stem involved with physiological responses to stress and panic) and the cranial ridge (occiput).  The technique uses light pressure points along the cranial ridge and upper back.  It is easy to learn and easy to perform! You do not have to be a professional.

NAT may have a positive response for clinical depression, panic disorder, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, sleep disorders and inflammation. NAT may interrupt most stress induced fear circuitry disorders, especially important for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and Panic Disorder.   It helps regulate the nerve impulses that are involved with sugar-regulation, blood pressure, and even some stages of Alzheimers.

Easy to use
with family members, friends, clients,
yourself and your animal friends.

Learn about additional oils for Parkinson’s!
Only Young Living essential oils are used in this class.

Comments about NAT:
“For the last 2 months or so, I have been having a lot of pain in my wrists and hands at night.  No matter what position I would lay in, they would go to sleep and swell.  On July 9th I attended Nandani’s NAT training in VA.  Since then, I have been using an abbreviated version of the procedure on myself every night and the pain has disappeared and I am sleeping so much better.  What a relief!! “   Melanie Yost

“All is well — thought you’d want to know how day 2 is going after the NAT session.  He is very relaxed and sleeping like he can finally catch up on well-needed rest (he feels it’s OK and there is no urgency to keep a keen eye on me).  He was much more accepting of the storms yesterday.  We are at the clinic this AM and he continues to great clients with enthusiasm, but doesn’t have that needy, insecure undertone to his actions.  After saying hello, he goes back to his bed and chills.  Funny, there is only one decent large dog bed in the clinic which he always claims as his.  Rose grabbed that bed about mid-morning and he hasn’t been bothered about it.  Usually he goes over to her, stares at her and barks until she gives it up.  Looking forward to watching him over the next several days.”   Ellen Wren

And then a week after the NAT session, Ellen wrote:
“Last night was the test for Ruggers.  We had a storm come in around 8:15 that hung right over my house (thunder & lightning on all sides).  Rugby wanted to be next to me, but wasn’t frantic.  I decided not to use any oils so that I could see the full effects of what you used on him last week <with NAT> and how long they would last.  He sat quietly on the couch or at my feet and I just gave him soft strokes on his head, thanked him for alerting me and told him that I wasn’t concerned about the storm.  He actually left me for a while and went into the bedroom by himself (this may have been because that was the only room with curtains and he couldn’t see the lightning).  The storm hung around for at least 45 minutes.  I was pleased that he wasn’t upset as he has been recently.”  Ellen Wrenn

I LOVED the NAT!! I had migraine issues toward the end of last week and managed to stay on top of it so that it never got full-blown but I still had that foggy, headachy/nauseated feeling on Saturday morning. After the NAT on Saturday, I felt great with no symptoms for the first time since Wednesday night.”  Amy Umberger
